Caramel Corn

Thanks Miranda for this! She made this for a GTG and I couldn't quit eating it. So the next day she brought me the recipe.


Carmel Corn
1 bag puff corn
1c brown sugar
1 stick butter/margarine
1/4c corn syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp baking soda
A large brown bag

Combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a large bowl and microwave for 3min.
Stir.
Microwave for an additional 2min.
Add vanilla and baking soda.
Grease the paper bag (cooking spray). And pour the corn in.
Pour the caramel mixture over top and stir in the bag.
Close the bag and shake.
Microwave the entire bag for 1min.
Shake.
Microwave for another min.
Shake.
Pour the corn on a sheet of wax paper and cool.
