Plain Jane Chicken & Gravy
In a piece of foil place a whole garlic and EVOO. Wrap in the foil and bake ~20min or until soggy.
Chicken
In a glass pan pour some EVOO. Put in chicken. Cover with salt, pepper, and grill seasoning. . Pour move EVOO on top. Bake ~35min.
Gravy
2tbsp butter
2tbp flour
Chicken broth
Mashed garlic (from above)
Salt
Mix and bring barely to a boil.
Pour over chicken.
Also good to dip plain jane potatoes in.
