Seriously, this combines everything I love: peanut butter and pie.
1c heavy cream
refridgerated peanut butter cookie dough
6oz cream cheese softened
2/3c sugar
2/3c packed light brown sugar
1/2c creamy peanut butter
1tbsp vanilla
1/2c chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350.
Spray a 9" pie plate.
With an electric mixer beat cream to stiff peaks. Refridgerate.
Roll out cookie dough into as big a circle as possible and place in pie plate. Press dough up sides but not over the rim. Refridgerate 10-15min.
Bake for 18-20min. Remove and press down center if puffed up. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sugars until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Smooth p.b. filling into crust. Refridgerate at least one hour.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stirring halfway though. Drizzle over pie.
