This is an awesome recipe for Brown Sugar Bacon. I love to pair this with the Apple Pancake Bake and we eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's also good on a turkey sandwich.
I'm not really sure how to describe it but I use a pan then set my cooling rack (from Pampered Chef) on top so it's not laying directly on the pan. HTH
Brown Sugar Bacon
Bacon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 300. Mix brown sugar and pepper in a bowl. Lay bacon on pan and rub mix on. Bake for time indicated on bacon package.
