Cheese Fondue

Who doesn't love fondue? Seriously!!

This recipe calls for 1 1/2c of wine but IMO it was too strong so I cut it in half. Plus this way you have more to drink afterwards.


Cheese Fondue
In a pot rub ½ clove of garlic on the bottom
Add 1lb cheese (any variety but I like swiss & cheddar)
¾ c white wine
Salt & Pepper
Melt on medium heat.
Mix in a separate bowl into a paste:
2tbsp corn starch
2-3tbsp water
Mix paste with cheese
Cook another ~3min
For an added kick add a few drops of Tabasco
